This configuration adds versatility to your window design. It can be used on it's own or in combination with our fixed windows including geometric and architectural shapes. Premium "TRUTH" Multipoint Locking System that provides superior resistance to forced entry and easy to use single lever handle.
• Sash opens a generous 65 degrees for ample ventilation.
• Stainless steel screws used to mount all hardware.
• Heavy duty "TRUTH" hinges for safe smooth operation.
• Triple seal weatherstripping system comprised of two neoprene compression bulb seals on frame and thick pile seal on sash to provide maximum rated air and water infiltration barrier.
• Full overlap screen to protect against bugs. Screens attach to frame with concealed compression spring and are easily removable for cleaning. Durable fiberglass mesh will not rot or deteriorate.
• Beautifully contoured appearance.
• OPTIONAL folding handles that collapse and nest directly into the operator housing so there is no obstruction to draperies, blinds or other window coverings.
 

 
 
    Common Window Features

Vinylguard uses only 100% lead-free, Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC). Our multi-chambered profile designs ensure strength and improve insulation by reducing heat loss and cold transfer, and filter out disturbing exterior noise.
• Precision computer controlled mitre cutting and fusion welding of all sash and frame components guarantees exact sizing and squareness.
• Interior glass stops snap securely into glazing channels to provide a strong seal yet can be easily removed to facilitate glass replacement should breakage occur.
• Screens are fitted exactly to each window and are easily removable from inside.
• All insulated glass units are placed on neoprene setting blocks to protect glass edges and evenly support both lites of glass. Double sided foam glazing tape is applied around the perimeter of the glazing chamber to further protect against air and water infiltration.
• Operating windows have been laboratory tested and meet rigorous CSA safety standards for resistance to forced entry.
