Vinylguard will assist you with the design of your own unique new door system, as well as help you with the selections of wood species, stain colour, and hardware.

Vinylguard offers what other wood door manufacturers don’t, we will take the worry away by assisting you to design your new wood door system with experienced advice on wood species and other options that are available. Then we will custom build your new door, pre-finish your door at the factory with the proper finishing products applied by qualified staff. We will then hold your door at the factory until you are ready for installation. Our team of qualified installers will deliver to site and install your new custom door system complete with matching interior trim.

• DESIGN
Our experienced staff will help you to design your new Door System and assist you in making the correct decisions about wood species, stain colour and hardware selection. With a digital photo or elevation drawing provided by you, we will supply a computer sketch of your new door, following your approval, one of our illustrators will generate a rendering of your new door inset into your home.
   
• BUILD
Our master craftsmen will build your new Wood Door System using Grand Artesian methods, by using only the finest of woods and adhering closely to time proven techniques of mortise and tenon joinery, engineered stiles and two part catalyzed glue. All of our exterior wood doors are typically 2-1/4” thick providing an unsurpassed level of quality.
   
• STAIN
Factory finishes which are hand rubbed and multi layered with UV protected coatings and are applied in an ideal dust free environment by our own professional staff, thus eliminating the problems associated with finishing your new custom door system in less than ideal conditions and possibly by people that are unaccustomed or unqualified to finish your door.
   
• HARDWARE
Choose from a vast selection of solid brass “Rocky Mountain” hardware and accessories. Handles, locks and hinges are mortised into the door and door frame at the factory to vary exacting standards by our master craftsmen, again eliminating the problem of unqualified people working in jobsite conditions doing very delicate drilling and chiseling to your new custom door system.
   
• INSTALLATION & TRIM
Vinylguard’s expert team of qualified installers will deliver and install your new custom Wood Door System complete with matching factory finished interior trim completing the perfect job.

      • Rocky Mountain Hardware uses only the highest quality bronze to achieve our unique designs. Silicon and white bronze are both         alloys. Silicon bronze contains copper, silicon and zinc creating a coppery-gold color. White bronze is composed of copper,         manganese, nickel an zinc producing a silver color.
 
      • Rocky Mountain Hardware products let the deep beauty of bronze speak for itself. Our hand applied patinas enhance the hues of         bronze creating an aged appearance. The photos shown on this page give a close representation of the true appearance of         these patinas, however, the various elements of time, touch and climate work together with the bronze and the patina to create         a unique hue. Each piece, then, distinctly reflects its surroundings.
